Joanne is consultant to HP which uses social media for support and marketing. They use metrics to determine its effectiveness. We discussed how this differs with social media as used by the general public. Then, an editorial comment on a recent article by the Electric Power Research Institute which claimed that the annual annual cost to recharge the iPad was $1.76. The study was flawed.
